Our education and resource team at Farmers Landman is comprised of farmers and land use professionals.
After working across land acquisition, leasing, easements, right-of-way, and eminent domain in both Federal Aid infrastructure projects and in energy development, we saw a knowledge gap and need for landowner education as a vital part of any land re-development process. Having educated land-owner partners every step of the way is a significant factor in any land use project, and at Farmers Landman we contribute education and resources to the conversation as a non-invested and informed third-party.
Development process, community understanding of all land-use projects, and what a project's local impact will be to farmers and the communities they cultivate food in are only part of the conversation. Mutual education will help inform all factors and processes related to agricultural land use re-development, with the goal to create more successful and informed projects for all parties involved.
